Functional Description：
The 24VDC Switch Power Supply is a 16 channels switching power supply for
use in a public address system to forcefully insert 24VDC over the system
to provide power for volume control override and other emergency equipment,
activated by a16 channels input,the input alarm signals control the 24V power
source outputs, thus forcefully cutting over the PA system.
